● Application: Heat treatment for casing, tubing, oil pipe. suction rod, drill pipe, drill rod, drill collar like quenching, tempering, annealing etc.
● Heating way: Induction heating
● Cooling way: Enclosed outside & inside circulation cooling system
● Induction heating coil: Copper tube use T2 oxygen-free copper winding. The wall thickness of the inductor is more than or equal to 3.0mm.
● Power supply: Solid power supply, IGBT and KGPS both available

2. The induction heating system adopt America Raytek infrared thermometer to monitore and control the heating temperature, ensuring uniform heating. 
3.  Powerful formula management system, which can be able to record and display the current working parameters and status of storage and print. 
4. Energy conversion, energy saving and environmental protection, simple and easy to operate.

In the year of 2015, we manufactured one complete casing heat treatment line for our Philippines customers, the casing size is ø73.02-139.70mm, until now, their production line is running very well.
